No reports if he bonded out or not. At least none I saw. The point was he should never have been given a bond at all after 19 prior arrests. It's clear he can not be a member of a functioning society.

The article is misleading, as it implies he bonded out.
Someone being given a bond so high that they cannot afford it, is virtually the same as no bond.

To even be considered for bail after this is insane. It’s only meant to ensure coming to court. Does little to protect the public from someone like this.
