That link I put up is Agenda Free TV....they're monitoring the police communications with a scanner and they have identified the shooter as Robert Card.

There are hundreds of people on this board, including the one you are replying to, that continue to believe in a conspiracy that started off by claiming Hillary Clinton’s arrest was imminent and martial law would be ordered.
