After a tip at VoiceAgainstCorruption.com last month and hundreds of hours of vetting, our investigators will interview a former Maine law enforcement investigator who has evidence of Maine Gov. Janet Mills and her brother, Paul Mills, who papered the entities. The investigation was shut down by their superiors, and then the threats to their family started.
The average person looks at this and sees:
- “Some properties”
- “Some Chinese owners”
- “A lawyer”
However, a seasoned investigator sees:
A modular, scalable system designed to look fragmented while functioning as a network.
That’s the whole trick.
The bottom line? This is not evidence of chaos—it’s evidence of organization wearing a disguise:
- LLC fragmentation ? hides scale
- Shared addresses ? reveal coordination
- Legal facilitation ? enables expansion
- Infrastructure overlap ? confirms it’s operational
And sitting quietly in the middle:
The guy who makes all of it legally exist, Paul Mills.

Almost like the raid hit a little too close to home… and the money pipeline got cut off This is when… A Somali national living in Maine posted a MURDER BOUNTY on social media targeting a local journalist who publicly exposed widespread welfare fraud within the state's Somali immigrant community— Gov. Janet Mills had close ties.
This is what was posted…
"KAN HAWAADA KU CUUN DHIIGIISA 50SH BAA NAGU SOO HAGAAJIYE"
English translation:
"Let this one's blood be spilled in the air (i.e., let him be killed publicly/brutally).
50 camels are enough for us to get this done."
(Note: Offering 50 camels is a traditional Somali way of placing a high-value blood bounty or reward for killing someone. This is a direct death threat.)
Those threats and apparent murder bounties were made on Facebook after the outlet shared a Somali-language version of investigative reports detailing whistleblower allegations and state audit findings which showed that the Somali-run migrant agency had over-billed MaineCare by nearly $800,000 from Jan. 1, 2017 to Dec. 31, 2018.
Gateway Community Services, a “migrant agency” Ali founded in 2014, has billed the state of Maine roughly $5 million per year for MaineCare services while simultaneously receiving hundreds of thousands of dollars in no-bid contracts from the administration of Gov. Janet Mills (D).
Abdi Najib Abdullahi and Ayanle Abdullahi Aden, both of whom are relatives of Gateway Community Services CEO Abdullahi Ali. The threats were published in a series of Somali-language Facebook posts that targeted Jubbaland Media and attempted to dox the journalist who controls the account.

Maine will be the next state Nick Shirley exposes for massive fraud.

She is a crooked, terrible governor who. Very unpopular. Now the Dems are riding the nutcase with the big SS tattoo on his chest. Can’t make this stuff up.

Tucker Carlson did a huge expose on this months ago, I had no idea it was such an issue up there but I guess that political slush fund money has to come from somewhere.
I suspect when we start kicking the hornets nest that is drug cartel networking a lot of border state politicians and sheriffs are going to get real nervous...

Governor Silent, Brother Busy: How Maine Became a Playground for Chinese Weed Networks
The illegal Chini growers have been leaving Oklahoma for Maine by the hundreds over the past year or so, since we finally actually started getting weed laws straightened out and busting illegal grows.
Good riddance.
Bust them in Maine too, and deport. String up the politicians that allowed it.

Getting into the body politic now is like being the mob. If you want to move up, you have to be a top earner. They don't give the best committee spots to reps who don't bring any cash in. This is BOTH sides. You may not like it but it's the truth.
