So they released an embarrassing video of him from his college days, within like a week after he made comments about drug fueled orgies in DC.
Is this basically how business is done in Washington. Everyone has videos they threaten to release if they don't play ball?

I don't know enough about the deep fakes. Aren't there ways where once released, it can be distinguished it is a fake and not real? Even if not so obvious to the naked eye or your average dumby who doesn't know any better.
