Yeah, real funny. Maybe if we were not so tired of this 24/7 aggrieved and perceived racism at every term, filling gup half of the Yahoo home page. This is why no one cares when there is the rare case of true racism. Since the George Floyd incident it has been non-stop with the country subjected to rioting , burning of buildings , looting, violence toward police with the over riding claim the ends justify the means no matter what happens.

Nah...this is partly why we have the issue. We can't have words that the mere sound or sight of them is so magical that people lose their minds. We then certainly can't make up new words to take their place that only force the listener to imagine the real word in their mind. The "N-Word" simply makes the listener form the real word in their head.
These are JUST words. The only power they hold is that which we give them.
But there obviously can not be a caste system where some groups can say certain sounds and others can't. But the fastest way to solve that is to demystify the words, not make them even more taboo that they are totally forbidden. That just makes them more fun to use.

No one is pained by hearing or seeing it...they're pretending to be.
No words should be off limits and absolutely no words should be off limits to some but not others. That's how you end up with this level of mental gymnastics attempting to make it sound normal.
