I love reading all of these replies! I’m glad there’s more sane people like me. For anyone wondering, I haven’t taken legal actions (I don’t even know where to start or who to contact), but I have gathered a TON of evidence against the chapter. If you have any connections PLEASE help (reply or DM me on Instagram). I paid over $2100 out of my own bank account. Also, I’m even more outspoken now so follow my Instagram @rightsideofemily :)

I don't do Instagram, but I fully support you in this endeavor. I believe you should absolutely take legal action because these institutions need to be held accountable for their targeting of conservatives. I hope you are successful.

Can you shed more light on the Greek atmosphere as a whole? I was at LSU from 2007-2016 and the Greek system was definitely generalized (correctly) as conservatives. Rich kids who voted for whoever the Republican candidate was. Are they all woke now? People buy it? Would a kappa sig punch me for failure to address my pronouns?

Sororities at LSU going woke? That's conservative land, you don't even get considered without the right type of rec. Next you will be telling me that the only way DKE gets back on is if they take in a transparent and have weekly group encounters with a gay facilitator
