Again. I didn't say signs plastered everywhere. You obviously have a reading comprehension issue. Now there are 2 of us in this thread that were told to leave the cards. You can leave now because you are wrong. No hard feelings.

But that don't make no sense. If you were told to leave the card; how would the next person use the machine?
And any reasonable person would think to themselves...Hmmm the sign says TAKE THE CARD...the person said leave the card...MAYBE I should ask for clarificaiton.
Instead he gets in his car and drives home and posts here

Just going to hijack this thread
Line outside library & wrapping around driveway
They are walking everyone with a walker or handicapped license & the people with them to the front of the line
I haven’t moved in 10 minutes, probably let 15 people to front of the line since I’ve been here

Interesting. I went when they opened Monday and no one was there. I was the only person at any or the machines.

Exactly. And he found ONE single other person who said they were told something similar so now all of a sudden he's not a retard and is justified in just leaving and not asking any questions and driving home and then posting here after the fact

"alot"
"sign plastered to take card"
Doesn't stop to ask for clarification
Says we don't have reading comprehension when clearly he can't read a sign.

Updated first post
Talked to a rep here in JP and he also early voted and was told to leave his card in the machine.

The cards simply pull up your location specific ballot. It doesn't matter if you left it in when you left. Once your vote is cast, it is cast. You had a chance to review your selections before submitting and once you hit submit, it's done.

You are literally too dumb to vote.
Posted on 10/22/24 at 1:11 pm to LEASTBAY
Is the Rep. going to contact the polling location about it?
Posted on 10/22/24 at 1:18 pm to LEASTBAY
Anyone having the same issue should contact their Rep. and polling location ASAP.

The machine itself also tells you to remove your card....but again, it doesn't matter if you or someone else removed it.

Not only in LA, but it still boggles me how a basic vote tally has so many questionable procedures and they differ so widely throughout the nation.
Thats a good point. They really should standardize the process so it leaves zero doubt/questions.

So you want the federal government to take full control of how the States run their own elections?

Are you a concealed carry member?

Yes, Voter ID must be shown in all states. 1 set of rules for every state. The states have proven to be partisan hacks who are now passing laws making voter ID illegal. It's a national election, not a state election.
