I guess local schools should work within the budget allotted by local/state available funds. Maybe throwing money at institutions that are routine
Yeah, totally strange that they would expect funding that President Trump signed into federal law. Lesson learned. Can’t trust anything he says or does.

Schools view things like after school programs as profit centers.
Typically an admin is tasked with recruiting kids into the program to maximize grant dollars flowing into the school.

It's like you've read zero responses to you outlining how this process works.
In another thread you're complaining about national debt.

Are you claiming this is standard procedure for federal funds?
They are usually frozen for additional review when it’s time for dispersing?

According to you, the president signs bills authorizing federal grants then freezes the authorized funds when it’s time to disperse them. And this is how the this process works?

It definitely tracks with Louisiana’s track record of churning out debt-loving Republicans.

Yep. Or are you denying that he authorized this funding? I can’t keep up with your arguments.

It's making a hilariously stupid argument now. But that's its norm.

The grants are at the DepofEd... awaiting approval and allocation. What more do you want? Blind handouts without any auditing, accountability or responsibility in following grant outlines?

So no tax payer dollars going to outside companies that are full of progressive fanatics to “train” college educated teachers on how to teach? Obviously that’s too big of a task for the massive administrative teams of each district and State.
Or tax payer dollars for programs that are “after” school? Which by definition has nothing to do with school?

You can't keep up with your OWN arguments... some threads you wish to be perceived as fiscally responsible... other threads you spend sky screaming at the mere thought of fiscal responsibility.

I stated a fact. That Trump is reckless with spedning. We have two separate terms of him proving this.
Are you claiming he is fiscally conservative? Or that you only care about spending when democrats are in charge?
Trump is a reckless spender. Trump contradicts himself frequently. Which one of those arguments do you take issue with?
You seem to just be arguing without actually saying anything other than “lol you’re wrong”

We have a spending problem. This might help the education system.

I wonder if he’s going to freeze the budget that just passed after he signs it. Guess we’ll just have to wait and see.

Per google
quote:
Federal Funds Freezes and Reviews in US History: Federal funding freezes and reviews have been utilized throughout US history to manage spending, address economic challenges, and re-evaluate policy priorities.
Next question, sky screamer.

Well... at least they're reviewing some spending, right? That warms the cockles of my debt adverse heart.
So what are YOU whinging about?

Lord, I hope not.
