He is just letting them vent, but I agree. He is giving them way too much time. They are arguing against something that has already been decided by the Court. He'd better not be cutting people off at the end.

How are you going to incorporate Orleans Parish in a District with St Bernard, parts of West Jeff, and Plaquemines. St Bernard, East Jefferson and Plaquemines will fight like hell to remain in the 1st Congressional District
