With JBE gone and thus his merry band of RINOs will have considerably less influence and will not be as successful against the conservative candidate like they were with Vitter. Not after 8 years of a democrat Governor that has accomplished nothing positive at all and the economy is in the shitter.

Even so, people will elect idiot representatives with a R next to their name, that are no more conservative than Edwin Edwards. Order No. 1 needs to be a constitutional convention to start undoing some of the mess we are faced with.
If any positive comes from the impending budget calamity is that maybe we can close down some of these idiot warehouses that parade as barely accredited universities. Knowing these idiots they’ll just take from everyone and let the local politicians keep their fiefdoms.

JBE is just screwing himself with any future political aspirations. He is digging his grave and the democratic future come next state election. The landrieu families my can kiss their electability goodbye. Somebody better get into JBE’s ear. There will be bloodshed come 2023.
