Here is the whole Veritas interview and video.
LINK
At the end of the interview she states that head of LDH and the heads of the hospital groups meet with the Governor WEEKLY.
Looks like JBE needs to find that honor code book.
Utilization Review is how to determine who is admitted and who and when are discharged.
It;s worth the listen.

The Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals has suspended utilization review which is the process of determining whether health care is medically necessary for a patient or an insured individual. The whistleblower says this could be a major contributing factor to spikes in COVID numbers, which then influence public health decisions.

What’s also disturbing are hospitals knowingly colluding with state and federal authorities to inflate Covid numbers for profit. Think of the ripple effects of this: cancers go undiagnosed, heart conditions go untreated and a litany of other procedures were postponed or abandoned to focus on an artificial crisis.
The health industry is proving to be just as culpable as the political elite who pushed this fraudulent and grossly over exaggerated virus.

Morial is related to Marc Morial. I believe she is his sister.

They suspended the Twitter account. The full article and 10 minute video is in the PV link that Swaz provided and added to the OP.

Yeah, it's actually not that bad. Usually Project Veritas "bombshells" are flimsy.
That's an interesting point about giving hospitals free reign to admit and bill. I wonder if that causes hospitals to be more utilized, in general, even for non-COVID positive patients?
eta: but I get why LDH would want to avoid denying medical care during a pandemic.
eta2: makes sense that they would try to get more Federal dollars to the hospitals they collude with. Their "partners".

Later, when LSU Health Sciences professor and Our Lady of the Lake’s medical director of research Dr. Hollis “Bud” O’Neal Jr. was trying to figure out how to reduce the amount of time patients would have to wait for virus testing results, he reached out to the vet school virologists, hoping they might be able to assist in a relatively small way.

Now, Our Lady of the Lake, Baton Rouge General, Woman’s Hospital and other area hospitals send samples that need quick results to the LSU lab.
Dr. O’Neal is the husband of Dr. Catherine O’Neal who also works for OLOL & LSU
You can’t tell me she wasn’t getting some sort of kickback to get JBE the #’s he wanted

Is she the one that was on TV saying how previous infections/natural immunity didn't matter when promoting the vaccines? Saying the vaccines were better?
Freaking female Fauci.

Yes though she has been relatively quiet lately. Avegno and Kanter are still pushing their BS.

Of course!!
How on God’s green earth could Louisiana have been #1 in Delta cases before states with 10 times our population?

Has this been sent to Nakamoto?

Been saying this from day one and got downvoted to heel and back for saying so too.

The government is corrupt, and a Democrat used this crisis for power.
And in order to maintain control, they lied, regardless of the impact on their constituents.
Am I close?
