re: Saban just reminded everyone

That was a little uncomfortable to watch. You could tell Saban was getting frustrated. I was thinking he might quit the show after that crap. Pat had no idea what he was talking about and it was frustrating him.

There is a difference between having a reliable year in-year out resource that you have in LA vs having to hit the portal jackpot every year which is required at Ole Miss.

DT depth?

Posted by jumbomallard on 12/7/25 at 7:26 am
It seems like we are short in depth at the DT position. Who are the others outside of Anderson being signed that we targeting? Is the expectation that hiring ER should result in a bump or two in that area?

Is Coach O a fit at USM?

Posted by jumbomallard on 12/6/25 at 3:01 pm
Would this be a potential fit? Big Personality at smaller school?
Until Bama or Texas opens.
I have seen it listed but have not watched it yet. I could not tell what to expect from the previews I have seen. I am a Duchovny fan.
Hard to believe VT and USM were on equal footing back in the early 90s.
Has been a great coach for USM and while not the big splash hire, I would take him over most of the other smaller school coaches including Dilly at ASU.
Saban looks pretty comfortable on GameDay as well as old. Saban is great but not sure I want a coach that is already beyond the average life expectancy. All that, I would still be thrilled if it was him.
They will open up in plenty of time for tax collection.

Cobra

Why was there never a Cobra sequel. I recall it being an awesome movie when I was a kid. Stallone had plenty of sequels so why not this one?

Maybe do what some schools do to get students to stay and that is offer them reward points for staying the whole game. Give people points towards concessions, tiger gear or future tickets if they stay?
Why did all the other coaches leave Oregon? With NIL, it is different but there is still something to be said for playing at a top football school in the SEC.
Saban said everything he loved about college football died with NIL. He is done.
I think that is what the democrats are hoping they will do.
Ole Miss collective is one of the largest in the country.
He will have to replace the whole staff. Baker is gone and you would have to replace him and the offense staff.

re: AARP card for benefits?

It’s among the same lines as a AAA card.
18-25k. Had mine done about 18 months ago for a one story 3000sq.
Saw that at the McArthur Village Cinema

It had Eli from Family Ties

Great Movie. One of my favorites but they never really show it anymore.
