I really don't see what the big deal is, the only reason this is a issue is because these people are famous. Rich people have been buying there kids way into things forever and it won't stop after this. Prison? it is absolutely stupid to put them in prison for this. NO they don't. Al Sharpton owes millions of dollars in unpaid taxes and hasn't been arrested and charged with anything. The only reason she was arrested is because she is rich, famous and white.

Lovely Lori/Aunt Becky and her husbands actions reportedly involved an exchange of money($). Clearly, they were attempting more than just “lobbying.”

A competent attorney should have been able to take one look at this case and realize what the Feds could throw at her with that superseding indictment and said “settle now.”

Ironic, because you conservatives support this kind of crap all the time. Republican policy is built on this kind of corruption. Coddling the rich and allowing them to do whatever, regardless of whether it's ethical, legal, or right.
