It's frightening all of the charges Mueller, along with the full force and unlimited resources of the federal government, is using to intimidate Gates with have nothing to do with Trump or the Trump campaign when Mueller is supposed to be investigating Russian collusion with the Trump campaign.
If that doesn't scare an honest citizen....oh, wait...it's Rex, never mind the "honest" part.

Reading some of the indictments, it appears Gates worked in concert with Manafort so he likely has some info that would help fill in some blanks for Mueller. I doubt he has anything on Trump, just Manafort.

I doubt that. Mueller already has more than enough on Manafort to put him away for 150 years or so. Would be pointless.

He was an aide under Manafort. What ties are there from Gates directly to Trump? Is someone who worked under Robby Mook a direct Hillary aide that is "well informed" on Hillary? Probably not.

Actually, no. Mueller's charge from the very start allowed him to investigate and prosecute anything ancillary he might find. Then again you might not know that if you never venture away from Sean Hannity.
