No difference,

Jones markets his wares to people with trust issues and fuzzy mental awareness.

I didn’t defend Alex Jones at all. I’m just pointing out a stupid judgment you’re defending.

Even more pathetic to care about feelings over rights. You don’t belong in this country with that mindset. You can go with all the fence jumpers.

It’s crazy how much money the sandy hook people got from Alex Jones and Remington and everybody else

It reminds me of how people get in a wreck and say they have whiplash and hire Gordon

There’s a court case about this exact issue. It’s quite extensive and covers what happened thoroughly.

It was not extensive and thorough. Here's what really happened:

1. The judge demanded Jones turn over "Google analytics"
2. Jones doesn't use Google analytics and told the judge so
3. The judge, being an idiot who doesn't know what Google analytics is and thinks every website has it, refused to admit he didn't know what he was asking for
4. Jones said he can't give something that doesn't exist
5. The judge entered a default verdict against Jones for not turning over evidence that doesn't exist

Throughout the trial, the judge told the jury that Jones was guilty, and they were only there to determine damages.

This was another kangaroo proceeding. I've seen several idiots here try to discuss the Jones case and none of them ever get the details correct. That is intentional.

When I look back on how that was handled;

You mean how it was handled by his incompetent attorneys and Jones himself which led to a default being entered. The number is crazy but it was handled with incompetence by Jones.

His appeals are going nowhere (and that seems less and less likely to change). If the case was anywhere even remotely as flimsy as you pretend this wouldn’t be the case. Your failure to reconcile the two is a you problem.

Live in reality. Playful mischaracterizations don’t do you any favors.

You’re having a meltdown but I’m not defending Alex Jones and then telling me that I care about my feelings over my rights. Hypocrisy at its finest.

This thread is teaching me that fining Alex Jones too much money should be the main focus, and not what Alex Jones or the shooter did.

The trial was about what Jones said. It had nothing to do with the shooter. You are only bringing him up and tying him to Jones in a pathetic attempt to make an emotional argument. Unfortunately for you, people who use logic instead of emotions see through your charade.

As for what Jones said, why is this illegal? You do realize that for 50 years the official narrative was that the Gulf of Tonkin incident actually happened, right? So you think everyone who said it didn't happen during that 50 years should be sued?

The same with covid and dozens of other incidents. It wouldn't take rational people more than 1 or 2 of these incidents to realize that attacking people for speech against the official narrative shouldn't be seen as a crime. How many times will it take you?

If OP and his prog minions were around in the 1980's, they'd be claiming that a billion-dollar verdict against Gary Webb was justified for claiming that the CIA was behind the crack cocaine epidemic in America's inner-cities. It's hilarious to see the prog brigade (who think of themselves as the resistance) become the enforcers of establishment morality.

I have never listened to him once, but I know of him. It's stupid to sue someone that is essentially in the tabloid business about what they say.

This is dangerous stuff when a court in a specific jurisdiction can choose which "Black Helicopter" chatter to silence. Sounds a lot like the KGB, doesn't it?

Nice logical argument bro.

Again, you’re complaining that others are too emotional yet every response you have is pure emotions and zero facts or logic.
