Local cops refusing to share info with FBI as agency suffers ‘crisis of confidence’

As FBI Director Chris Wray performed his usual smarmy stonewalling in Congress Wednesday, a damning report on his $10 billion agency’s “cult of narcissism” was delivered to the House Judiciary Committee by an alliance of retired and active-duty agents and analysts.
The same group gave us the scathing DEI report last year about the FBI’s degraded recruitment standards and coddling of physically unfit, mentally ill, drug-taking or generally useless agents to satisfy diversity requirements at the expense of merit and experience.
This time they have assessed the entire bureau and drawn several worrying conclusions, including that local law enforcement partners have developed a “disturbing loss of trust in the FBI” and are therefore reluctant to share information, with alarming consequences for national security and public safety.
“Police officers and sheriff’s deputies on patrol and detectives investigating illegal activity in their jurisdictions have unparalleled visibility into street-level crime. … When this information is not immediately shared with the FBI, the FBI is left to address complex, evolving threats facing the United States with an unacceptably vast and debilitating ‘blind spot’ because [it] does not have enough personnel and resources to see into every corner of the country.”
quote:
The whistleblower report draws on testimony from more than 30 “independent, highly credible law enforcement sources and sub-sources” across the country who “do not trust the FBI because they believe the FBI in recent years has been operating as a partisan federal agency motivated by a political agenda.
“They are not only reluctant to work with the FBI but reportedly have decided to no longer share actionable, substantive information on criminal and other intelligence-related activity with the FBI.”
Most concerning is what the alliance of whistleblowers calls a “crisis of confidence” in FBI-led task forces where relationships with local cops have deteriorated to the point of “imploding” in some cases because of “poor management and ineffective leadership by the FBI.”
Local cops said their precipitous loss of trust in the FBI was triggered by its excessive response to the Capitol riot of Jan. 6, 2021, followed by the raid on Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence in Florida.

They don't exist. Definitely not 30 of them. Why? Because that rank & file are in 100% agreement with leadership. They don't fear their leadership not because of retaliation or losing their job; they don't fear them because leadership has no reason to retaliate due to being being complicit, willingly.
Trump, if he wins, has to fire the top echelons of the FBI and DOJ, including the 93 Fed Attnys and Marshalls, and install someone who the rank and file will now fear. The Attnys. and Marshalls can reapply and be subject to their history and cases directly to Trump in a classified setting and if pass muster get their job back. If they lie in this review they should be arrested. There is zero excuse to omit or withhold info to the head of the executive branch, as Comey & Yates did, based on "ongoing cases" or "classification". Straight to jail.
If he doesn't he will face impeachment right before the 2026 mid-terms.

I know my confidence in the FBI disappeared when it came out that those two FBI lovers conspired to prevent Trump from winning the first time. What they did was outright illegal. Both of them should have gone to jail for what they did.
They both work for NGO's helping the DNC cheat.

Well, those were the only two who were publicly caught.

It's interesting how the regular people in this nation get screwed by the govt, sue, and never win - but the people in the govt that break the law, violate the Constitution, then get caught yet never punished, they sue and get back pay and pensions. McCabe went this route as well.

You have to give them credit for one thing. The above quote is used EVERY SINGLE TIME they get caught fricking up.
The FBI is reknowned for doing illegal shite that should get the agency dissolved and they go into hearings and walk out with more people, money and power. It's frankly amazing.
They always spin it as "well if we had more people and resources this wouldn't happen" and then Congress writes them a check.
I wish I had known about this as a teenager when I got into trouble. Driving stupid at night and put my piece of shite car in a ditch? Well dad. It's actually your fault, if I had been driving a new Chevy Silverado the headlights and traction control would have kept me on the road. Plus the truck is safer than that hand me down sedan. What time do you want to go look at new trucks on Saturday?

The fact nobody went to jail for the FISA warrant fiasco and Crossfire Hurricane should tell you everything you need to know about the state of the FBI and DOJ.

The way it reads to me is that the 30 sources are not in the FBI.

From the report…
It’s too late, isn’t it?
quote:
Newer FBI agents “do not bother to conceal their distaste” for traditional political or religious views and openly identify themselves as “woke or liberal,” the head of a multi-agency task force said. Hired on the basis of “diversity, equity and inclusion” (DEI) guidelines, they are “completely worthless” and “the worst batch of people,” the whistleblowers said. The FBI academy at Quantico, Virginia at which new agents are trained “promotes a cult of narcissism” and arrogant superiority, while being intolerably politicized, the report claimed. Meanwhile, the Bureau’s Security Division has been abusing the security clearance process to purge conservative-leaning agents from its ranks.

Bottom line minus the word salad: Local Sheriffs know who the real good folk and patriots are in their community and will not help the co-opted Leftist FBI get info which will be used to pressure and/or prosecute said good folk.
The 'Government' can only govern if they have "the consent of the governed", otherwise it's herding cats, that are armed to the teeth. I think this is a sign that the 'governed' are revoking their consent. As such, sooner or later it all goes back down to local as the local folk choose their 'war lords' to reflect the values (if any) of their religious and ideological character.
The wild card is (printed) money, as the Founders well knew. They feared a Central Bank "more than a standing army". And given that the strategized Transnational Progressive and coming Central Bank will be Globalist with Digital Currency and Cancel Culture mechanisms...well, smart people can see the future re 'freedom' and 'democracy'. There will be neither.

Imagine that. DEI, narcissism, and physically unfit, and loss of trust tied to the FBI. The entire department needs a major overhaul and massive firings.
