“Across the country, it is virtually impossible to find any headline or person that agrees with the Governor’s decision to reopen.”

Played a long clip from Stacey Abrams: “He is putting every person’s life in danger but even moreso he is putting black and brown people in extreme mortal danger because they do not have access to healthcare.”
Keisha Lance Bottoms: “The most extremely irresponsible act I have ever seen in politics. He is ignoring wisdom and science. As mayor I will speak out and fight against reopening and encourage everyone to stay home.”
MLK’s daughter Bernice: “When I heard it I broke down in tears. I’m just thinking about all the deaths he will cause. We have to find a way to stop this, save lives, and let wisdom prevail.”
Some black reverend: “We aren’t rushing back to work but we are rushing to funerals. I will not open church and others won’t either.”
A rapper named Killer Mike: “we aren’t going to let business reopen. It’s dumb.”
Albany Mayor: “If others want to do something then fine we’ll send you our sick people.”
Played a tiny quick clip from Birx saying “I encourage communities to use social distancing in shops. I don’t know how to tell them to do it but people are creative.”
Quoted Lindsey Graham expressed concern about a rush to reopen.
It was a full on, rapid paced nonstop attack for the opening 10 minutes.

Georgia has just 818 Covid-19 deaths in four months. And Lord knows how many of those are only classified as Covid-19.

If this is true (it’s not), what difference does it make if the state reopens or not? She sounds stupid.

This whole reopening thing is all about taking away the free ride.
If the businesses open then the employees are called into work. If the employee refused to report to work, well that employee could say he/she didn't get the call.
But the employer can show where the employee was called up. This gets reported to the state .
End of free money for said employee.
