Something tells me that this address was chosen for a reason. What that reason is, remains to be seen.
This was NOT an accident/oversight.
I've done just some very preliminary research and there is a home showing on Google Maps and the Maricopa tax records show the address registered to a David & Natalie Barnes. I don't know if there is some secret meaning behind this but choosing this photo as the cover shot of the report and stating it is a vacant lot, when that can be checked within seconds seems odd.

It would at least be interesting data.
For reports like this, I think they would be better off saying “here’s our results.” And not extrapolating.

That wasn't the results of their survey though. That was the extrapolated potential results based on taking a survey and then applying it to the whole county. Their actual sample size is like 5/2000 people in the county with one sampling. I'm also not clear how they aligned demographics to know they could extrapolated that. They kinda glaze over the sampling methodology there as far as how they selected the areas to survey. Which is a big deal if you're gonna extrapolate it out over the whole dataset...
