People that really want to do something, don't livestream what they are going to do, they just do it. And leave behind a manifesto for the change they want to take place.

No. A revolt involves a lot of people from across the country. Some dude that was arrested and charged for trying to kidnap a governor after a bunch of FBI agents talked him into it isn't a "revolt"
