They got the fukka who did it. He all but admitted it. His trans itfriend turned him in......you guys think Mossad put him up to it?

You do realize Candace Owens just wants clicks so she doesn't have to take that job over at Old Navy, right?

It’s odd to me to have the crime scene power washed, 10 inches of soil dug up and paved over by the weekend.

Yeah, that is odd. But the records indicate it was the university that submitted an emergency request the day after the shooting, and the evidence reflects the FBI says it had processed the scene and collected physical evidence. They released the scene back to UVU 2 days after the shooting. Every crime scene is different. I don’t see a good reason to make anything out of this issue.

quote:

It’s odd to me that we’ve never seen or heard Tyler or his family admit this.

You think it’s odd that the alleged shooter and his family have not admitted that the soil around the area where Charlie was shot was dug up and paved? Why would they even be asked about it? What would their answer prove? Their silence is their right and not evidence of anything. They don’t have to prove anything. The burden is on the prosecution.
quote:

It’s odd to me that the officer’s body cam went out upon his entering the rooftop.

The officer was a campus police officer. He said his battery died. It happens. Among all officers wearing body cams that day gathering evidence, that’s the only one whose battery died that we know of. More meaningful evidence was collected elsewhere. And the officer’s battery died AFTER the most meaningful evidence on the roof was identified by the officer without it being touched.

quote:

It’s odd to me the wording choice in the supposed text exchange between Twiggs and Tyler

What is odd about it?
quote:

It’s odd to me that Twiggs was given Fed protection and his alibi was he “was sleeping all day.”

There is nothing odd about it.

quote:

It’s odd to me that of all the fingerprints on the supposed weapon, Tyler’s were THE most degraded…even more degraded than those of Twiggs.

Fingerprints or dna? DNA can be degraded for a wide variety of reasons beyond just time. What about this is odd to you?

quote:

It’s odd to me the financial matters just prior to his assassination - turning down Israeli money in the Hamptons as well as Charlie’s recent audit request of Turning Point.

I’m sure the nature of that business requires close scrutiny over what money to accept and which to reject. It probably happens quite frequently with that business model for a high profile person. An audit request? A good business owner requests that multiple times per year, especially with a business that size. Because the sooner you catch something, the sooner you can do something about it.

It’s tempting to keep going. But I’d rather wait for your responses about the first half of what you say is odd before spending more time going through the rest if it turns out you lost interest in a more detailed explanation of what you claim is odd.

The challenger? Or a challenger?

The prosecution presented it as his challenger. And just by coincidence forgot to also provide the testimony from the woman who provided the video and saw 4 people get out.

She definitely says some crazy shite but she also brings up many good points. If you want to elaborate that would be great.

Bold words Cotton. Please show us the mountains of overwhelming evidence. There was not any evidence shown in the entire 5 day preliminary hearing linking TR to even being on campus. Did you not watch any of the testimony from the experts? If you still think someone was shot with a 30 6 from some roof top, you can't be helped. Keep watching CNN you shill.

It was not a debate since Candace was not allowed to ask questions per his contract agreement.

Serious question. Did you watch any...or all of the prelim hearing? Or just copycat what Candace mommy sleuths said?

I have watched every minute of the hearing and some of the testimonies and defense questions more than once. I'm not sure what a Candace mommy sleuth is...Any information about the screw driver and TRs mirandized statement were not introduced at all in the hearing by the prosecution for very obvious reasons.
I am willing to have an open discussion about anything that occurred during the hearing or anything that was not brought up at all in the hearing including this Candace/Andrew conversation that took place.

Until the very end when Andrew knew 0/7 of the charges against Tyler Robinson. He was 75% certain Tyler is guilty but 0% certain of the charges.

You cant be serious?
The doctors recovered fragments of a .30 caliber jacketed soft point round with an extensive report of the damage inside his body and the path it took.
Tyler Robinsons gun was found nearby (when he lived 200 miles away) with the empty shell casing inside and other .30 caliber jacketed soft point rounds.
A screw driver on the roof with his DNA on it. Video of him on the roof and coming off the roof with the gun wrapped in the towel, exactly like they found it in the woods.Texts from his phone in the area saying he stashed the gun and was waiting to go back and get it.
There is tons of evidence. You cant just throw out some bs with zero evidence to back it up. You need to disprove all the evidence against him and what I listed there is just a few of the many. Candace is just dumb and looking dumber by the day.

And yet, it’s continues to happen from the FEDS.

IF this was so CLEAR CUT, then what’s the delay? Where is the normal outrage over the waste of taxpayer dollars for a trial where the conviction is so damn obvious.

Sheeple are more prevalent here than ever.

Delay is exactly what happens with high profile cases. Defense attorneys cause delays because the work they put in to cause delays are also billable hours. This also gives them more hours of free publicity and more press conferences (more advertising).

It’s not the feds causing the delays, it’s the money grab from the only ones getting paid by the hour who need to advertise for their services.

It was stated in the video, the after debate conversation. He said it himself, on camera.

Owens was criticizing Wilson for having posted that Erica Kirk was "too retarded" to have masterminded the shooting and he responded that he thought all women were too retarded to have done so.

That is the kind of thing he says that gets him attention at the level that he is at right now, but will lose him credibility going forward.

That is indeed the problem.

Anomalies aren't evidence, identifying who you think would benefit from any given action isn't evidence, noting that the government has lied in the past isn't evidence, and any given person's skepticism about whether the actors would act in any particular manner is not evidence.

But Owens gets away with presenting it as evidence because the general public doesn't know what evidence is and mistakes those things for evidence.
