They do exist, as they have testified in court, many times.
It’s not only photo IDs but also underlying proof of identity, such as a birth certificate.
And states have even set up mobile, neighborhood units to help get them IDs.
But you can lead a horse to water but you can’t make it drink. In some (many?) cases, the state would have to do the legwork to get the ID and documents, and literally place them in their hands.
Yet what if they don’t want an ID but still want to vote?

I believe the point was that they could not do ANY of the listed activities -- not most. It may be that of that tiny few who cannot do ANY of those activities, blacks are disproportionally represented, but it is a tiny, tiny few and a problem that could be solved very simply -- let the local party officials or non-political volunteers take them to the courthouse so they can get a free ID. Instead of solving a very minor problem, the left chooses instead to inflate it and politicize it.

Think about that shite. A major political party had a massive campaign that painted a group of people, based on skintone, as barely functioning retards.. and it was praised by most media, most universities, all of Hollywood.
They even paid for and trotted out black Democrat voters who praised the Democrats and agreed with the assertion of black people being too dumb to get voter ids.
That kind of campaign happened....and somehow, the gop were portrayed as the racists.

I remember after a hurricane or could have been the flood, I went on my lunch hour to get my drivers license renewed at the quickie place on Perkins. The line was at least 50 deep. I found out later that anyone that applied for the $1,000 stimulus card needed an ID. They sure found a way that day to get one!
