It's an interesting read. Many of Cohen's misdeeds are covered early on but the stuff involving Trump begins on page 11:

quote:

On approximately June 16, 2015, Individual-1, for whom Cohen worked at the time, began an ultimately successful campaign for President of the United States

quote:

as Cohen himself has now admitted, with respect to both payments [to Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal] he acted in coordination with and at the direction of Individual-1

It goes into more detail about exactly how he went about this.

I'm sure the Trumpies will try to deflect all this as not really being illegal and how anyone who says otherwise is a cuck, etc. etc. They're quite predictable that way, much like Baghdad Bob. But it is indeed a violation of campaign finance law and Trump's finger is caught in it.

Trumpkins are starting to sound an awful lot like this guy:

So, when the rest of Congress has a slush fund to pay off females (and males) to shut up, THAT's okay, but THIS isn't.

Did I get that right?

No you did not. I expected someone to chime in about HRC's email server, but this will illustrate the point too.

I'm fine with prosecuting other officials for their own crimes, including HRC and/or members of Congress, if the proof is there. Go right ahead.

Moron. Cohen also surreptitiously recorded trump an released the audio. Trump said “if you pay them it has to be on the up and up”.

If The manner in which Cohen paid them was a violation of campaign finance laws (big if), the violation is Cohen’s and the penalty is a fine.

Is this what you are pinning your hopes on when you ignorantly mock “Trumpkins”? Risky move, counselor.

Is this what it is down to now? Alleged violations of campaign finance laws based on paying off a couple of bimbos from Trump's past? Wow.

By the way, where were you when Barry committed campaign law violations?

So, you think that this filing, is proof of something?

You might want to wait a bit before you get all giddy and moist in your panties.

So since Cohen said it does that mean it’s true? Without corroboration anybody can say anything. Plus Cohen is a Liar. No one woul ever put this guy on the Stand. So nice try Bob. This is just politics.

Exactly, plus Cohen admits that he has done this same exact thing in the same exact manner before because Trump pays off for an NDA to prevent embarrassment for his wife.

Also, what does this have to do with Russian Collusion? So why not admit “by any means”?

Which would negate the payment satisfying one of the elements of the alleged crime.

Ethic violations = criminal violations?

I'm getting pretty fricking excited about this.

Do you really think this could result in anything more than a fine for the Trump campaign?
