I didn't mention Russian collusion. Why do you bring it up?

because Trump pays off for an NDA to prevent embarrassment for his wife.
That's rich. He paid to avoid harming his electoral chances. He didn't care about embarrassing his first two wives either with his escapades.

Why don't you read what I already posted? I'll repeat it here since you don't seem able to read well.

I'm fine with prosecuting other officials for their own crimes, including HRC and/or members of Congress, if the proof is there. Go right ahead.

Was Cohen lying when he claimed Trump didn't direct the payments, or is he lying now?
He just plead guilty to lying to the feds, so why should we believe any of this? More importantly, why should we gaf?

If you read the filing, you'll see they have emails, a fraudulent shell company created, etc. They aren't just relying on what he said. Nice try though.

Ok, let's say all that is true. How you prove campaign finance violations here? This has been known for months. It's nothing but useless liberal catnip and you know it. Your star witness is a massive fraud and liar facing jail time from the very people propping him up as a witness. You won't find legal precedent for what you are trying to do here, and even if they fricked up and tried, Trump would dump the congressional slush fund names so fast your Beto yard sign would combust.
This isnt going anywhere.
This isnt going anywhere.

The prosecution team believes they have done so. That's why they filed. Again - read the filing. They found documentary evidence (not just Cohen's say so) showing that Cohen paid off Daniels and McDougal to keep them quiet, and was paid to do so.
That is a campaign finance violation. Even the Onion is making fun of people who refuse this simple reality.
Giuliani insists breaking the law is not a crime.

Again, you'd have to prove it was campaign funds, a campaign operative, or it was campaign motivated. You have none of that, and forgive me if I don't take foamed up liberal prosecutors from New York at their word. You have nothing new here.
Good luck with your snipe hunt.

The prosecutors are the ones who have that covered, I'm simply reporting that here and don't have to prove anything. Again - read the filing. But I bet you won't because you're too triggered.
Keep in mind that Cohen was concerned enough to try to get a plea deal. He knows something is there.
If it makes you feel better, I doubt it will get Trump impeached, although it will probably hurt his re-election chances quite a bit.

Oh, FFS
Look prog, I've got better things to do than go 10 pages with a sky screamer. You linked Cohen's sentencing recommendation that reveals exactly nothing new, and you are acting like Trumps been charged with a crime. It's laughable.
Let's do this. If Trump is found guilty of campaign finance violations, I'll self ban.
Bookmark it.
Now frick off.

Obama took one of the biggest fines in history for campaign finance violations. Trump has paid zero. If Cohen did something wrong he may pay a fine, not Trump....and it will not be 375k.
Why do you ask?

Fixed. And also bookmarked.
Like I said though, I doubt Trump himself is charged and found guilty, I just think it'll hurt his re-election campaign.

I love this ignorance on display. Shell companies are not illegal nor are they fraudulent. They are used in every level of business and estate planning. You are falling for fake news. NDAs aren’t illegal. If Cohen paying the monies was a campaign finance violation (big IF), then the fine is his. Not Trump. This is a nothingburger to anyone with a modicum of legal knwolwdge. Clearly you lack that.

What about the audio of trump I striving Cohen if they were paid it all had to be on the up and up?
Just stop. You are making yourself look silly.

No they are not, but using one to conceal the nature of the payoff is fraudulent.

You clearly didn't read the filing. Cohen paid off Stormy, then was reimbursed and paid a few hundred thousand extra by the company Trump personally controls.
That part of the story starts on page 11 of the link I provided and is only a couple of pages long. Why not read it?
