Except the number of times you can serve in Congress.

The violently insane should be locked up. The non-violent insane have a right to self defense.
Which side do you err on?

How do you find out they're insane? Do we just abandon hippa?

EDIT: may not work. Ms.Cleo has passed away.

Are we talking after actual actions, or merely someone's "word"?

You can take it to the bank that splitting couples will use this shite as a weapon

Same way involuntary committments are done every day.
Posted on 3/27/19 at 1:25 pm to Buckeye Jeaux
Your guy, Justice Scalia, said that there could be reasonable regulation of gun ownership.

8 years of sky screaming Obama and the Dems are going to take our guns .. a Republican President and Republican controlled senate banned bump stocks...

Just start throwing people in jail for what the government thinks they might do.
So if an insane person has guns, do you just sit back and wait to see what happens?

Not on my street with my kids. And hopefully not on anyone else's street with their kids either. Agree here, Tex.

I would say that for every POTENTIAL crime you stop, you'll probably have 1000 misuses by family members.........and that's probably being VERY charitable.
I'd venture to say it will be used by a minimum of 25% of estranged wive's laywers

The side of liberty, every time.

I oppose the concept. Nothing short of a criminal trial by jury should be capable of taking away an individuals' gun rights.

If you can prove he's insane, he can be forcibly committed. It's a shame everyone wants to do the end around on this.
