There is a staunch faction on the Right that doesn't forgive and never forgets. I'm one of them. This isn't going away until either a truly logical reasoning is given for withholding the files, or the files are made public in their entirety.

So if they just come out and say "yes, there was more evidence but previous employees actively and purposefully engaged in hiding and destroying it", we'll accept that but only if we see perp walks and heads rolling.

Well first of all. I haven't offered an opinion on whether this Epstein shite is real, imagined, legitimate or illegitimate. I've left others to do that, because I really don't care. The existance of these files doesn't really interest me. The show is MAGA's response to it all. It's fun to watch.

Now, on to your point. I guess it depends on what you believe. If you believe nefarious forces control these files and there are many wealthy and powerful people in them, then the President is not the only thing you consider.

This board for instance has fantasized for years that Bill Gates is in them. It would be nothing for him and every other wealthy and powerful person to purchase their destruction or suppression. No matter how they feel about the President, it's not worth their own destruction. So think of it like that. Think of it as mutually assured destruction.
