One of the speakers said it violates the Librarian's 1st amendment rights by making her move the books from the children section to the adult section.
What's really sad is that people actually agree with her.
Maybe those people need to actually learn about the 1st amendment - they could even do it in the library.

Hey dummy, I don't remember 'them being removed' being the issue. Of course, no one here wants them in the "children's" section of the library... That's the reason she was FIRED - regardless of the signage being shown.
Besides, Although I haven't seen one of the books or literature in question, I'll bet a large portion of them would be considered ... p o r n o g r a p h i c .. or adult subject matter, which is possibly, maybe the reason they want them moved?
