We can hope. But Harvard/Yale will always have a near universal monopoly on the Court. I think the last non-Ivy Leaguer was Thurgood Marshall who went to Howard.
inb4 Sandra Day O'Connor. She went to Stanford, which is Ivy League elitist caliber. And it the 2nd highest ranked law school in the country right now. Thurgood was the last justice who went to a law school accessible to regular people.

I think he genuinely has no firm ideology. His sole judicial guidance is to 1.) Vote in a way that will make the court seem unbiased and 2.) Rule for what he thinks is best for the nation.
It's tough because number 2 often has nothing to do with constitutionality or blind justice. He just wants his court to slip into history without doing anything to rock the boat too much. The constitution be damned.

John Paul Stevens went to Northwestern. Of course, he was a Republican nominee (Ford) and complete f*cking disaster like John Roberts and Souter.

he orchestrated an illegal adoption and the CIA/FBI/DNC all knew it and so he does as he is told or his adopted kid gets deported that minute and he is in legal trouble

Research his adoptions. He claims he adopted two Latin American kids but they are really from Ireland which is illegal. He had them shipped to Latin America through a human trafficking ring so he could pretend that’s where they are from so he could legally adopt them. This could tie into his dealings with Jeffrey Epstein and the flight logs but idk.

We have more law students than practicing lawyers, and we have a LOT of practicing lawyers. The vast majority of whom didn't go to an Ivy League school.
Is there some f#&%!ng hidden law that says SCOTUS justices have to come from Harvard or Yale?
