Congressmen represent no more than 250,000 people. Yes, this gives us over 1300 congressmen, but it gives all of us a stronger voice in government. The size of Congress is adjusted every 10 years, and districts must be drawn along natural borders.
Congress elects the President, and place clear restrictions on Congress' ability to delegate their authority to Congress.
Keep the bill of rights, but update and clarify their meaning.
Make the current 9th Amendment clear: Federal Government only has the power set forth in the Constitution, and the people retain ALL other rights even if not listed in the bill of rights.
New Constitutional Convention every 40 years, but new Constitution does not take effect until ratified.
No income tax, no per capita tax.

Lots of good ones already suggested but I'm bored so here's a bunch more:
Christianity as state religion. God returns to the classroom and the workplace.
No income tax. No death tax. In fact eliminate all taxes and implement the fair tax plan.
Term limits for all elected officials at every level. Two terms. That's it. Lobbying will be severely limited and receiving kickbacks or engaging in insider trading will result in major penalties up to life in prison or losing citizenship and being deported.
No diversity for the sake of diversity. We hire the best most qualified people period. To quote MLK "judge a man not by the color of his skin but by the content of his character" and add to that their qualifications for the job. It ends there. In fact I don't want to ever hear the word diversity again. Any organization that has diversity councils or something similar will be fined for discrimination.
The alphabet of weirdos are banned. GTFO. That goes for anyone else who wants to be a race warrior for the sake of dividing the public to enrich themselves thru blackmail. Yeah, I'm looking at you Jesse and Al. All people are created equal and will be treated as such. What you do to better yourself to advance your prospects in life is on you.
Anyone trying to normalize homosexuality or pedophilia will be deported. What you do in the confines of your own home is your business and between you and God but don't push that perverted shite on the rest of us. Pedophiles will be jailed for as long as life and be eligible for the death penalty.
Speaking of the death penalty it will be brought back nationwide.
The second amendment will be fully protected and it's not the governments business what firearms you own or silencers or scopes or anything else gun related.
The federal government will be extremely limited in its size and scope of power. The majority of government power will reside with the states.
All borders will be strictly enforced and a strict immigration policy will be enacted that gives no special preference to any particular race of people. It will be merit based. What do you have to offer if you want to live here? All immigrants will be required to take a civics class, learn English and will be expected to assimilate accordingly. No more multilingual signs or pressing 1 for English. They receive no voting rights for 20 years after becoming a citizen. No more anchor babies.
The drug cartels on our southern border will be wiped out. If the Mexican government is too weak to do it our military will invade and take care of it once and for all and our southern border will be locked down. You try and cross be prepared to get shot and feel lucky if you only get arrested. The days of playing nice are over.
The welfare state comes to an end. Any government assistance for able bodied people that refuse to work is over. Any government assistance will be focused on the disabled or for people who are caught up in an economic downturn and need temporary assistance while moving to another job. In other words limited unemployment benefits.
Foreign aid is over except in the most extreme circumstances. The peoples money goes back to the people. Not to some 3rd world shithole whose government is corrupt and would slit the throats of any of our citizens if given the chance.
Most federal bureaucracies that exist today would be eliminated. Education goes back to the states. Energy gone. IRS gone. State department shrunk to bare bones. Etc...
Police powers reduced at the federal level. FBI blown up and shrunk. CIA/deep state overhauled. Local police powers also overhauled. The days of enriching the police department or the mayor's office with money acquired by harassing citizens using speed traps or other frivolous traffic tickets or fines are over. You want to write tickets? Fine but there will be no monetary fine associated with it that enriches your department. Only points on your license. Outlaw any spying on citizens (Patriot Act).
Elections will be done with in person voting where ID is required using paper ballots. No electronic voting machines for anything. No mail in ballots except for military stationed outside the country. Voting will take place over a two-week period. If you can't show up and vote during that time then tough shite. Anyone receiving any type of government assistance is ineligible to vote. Anyone caught voting more than once or trying to rig an election in anyway will be jailed for a minimum of 2 years and/or stripped of their citizenship and deported.
Communism/Socialism/Marxism is outlawed. Leftists are the scum of the Earth. You want to push that shite. GTFO.
There will be no participation in any United Nations or crap similar to that. The UN can pack their shite up and leave immediately.
If the need arises for the country to go to war we will fight every war to win no matter what the costs are to the other side. Our only concern is to protect as many of our own lives as possible and win by unconditional surrender. You mess with the bull you get the horns. The days of fighting half arse politically correct wars just to enrich some politicians or the MIC are over. We will no longer be the world's policeman but if you frick with us be prepared to die.
Deficit spending is over unless in a time of war. Balance the budget immediately.
Big tech will be broken up and the one-sided censorship will be over.
The federal reserve will be abolished. We will return to the gold standard.
The Constitution is not a living document.
Abortion is banned.
The NIH/CDC/FDA are blown up, exposed and remade smaller and without corruption from big pharma.
The higher education system will be overhauled. Our universities have become cesspools of liberals and communists and they have been allowed to enrich themselves along the way due to taxpayer money disguised as phony grant programs or by charging outrageous tuition due to state lottery money being available for students. The gravy train is over and the leftists are out.
The insurance industry also gets a complete overhaul. Premiums for auto, home and medical are absurd and they are mostly absurd due to corruption and frivolous lawsuits which leads to the next thing which is a tear down of the legal system. The days of suing for everything under the sun are over.
We will be energy independent. The EPA will be abolished and that responsibility will be returned to the states. Gas taxes will be eliminated along with all other taxes as described above due to the implementation of the Fair Tax plan.
As much manufacturing and research and development as possible will be brought home. These jobs should be here at home for the sake of our citizens and also for national security.
Supreme Court appointments are no longer for life. 70 years old is the cut off and you're retired from not just the court but from any elected or appointed government position. The days of senile people running the country are over. When you reach 70, we thank you for your service now go enjoy your retirement.

So I’ll play along and add my two cents but my real intention is to talk about the themes I see in other folks’s posts.
Christianity is the “official” federal level religion and would have privileges of participating as such. State governments are not required to enforce unless legislated similarly.
Tougher voting laws, as most of you have said. No earning citizen by just being born here if your parents were not citizens. EVERYONE who votes must be have been a net tax payer of 4 years or more based on their actual earnings that year (so 18 year olds may not be voting unless they join the military). No charities or political donations can bump up earnings for private citizens to point of being a positive net tax payer.
Ok, well that’s just a sample of what I’d like to do. But here’s the thing…I’ve thought about this subject for a long time and it just saddens me because I know that we’ll never be able to get anywhere close to any of this in today’s society. Unless some serious bloodshed happens

Need to edit my post to “Christianity”. And while your point is definitely true in the sense of what is required on an individual basis, it would definitely go a long way to making that easier if we as a society decided to make a stand and make it at least “official” and appropriate in our government offices. But here’s the thing, just because it’s “official” doesn’t mean we have to go around persecuting anyone who may want to be another flavor of religion. We just don’t need to be putting those on the same platform as the one true God. While everyone CAN be saved, the Bible acknowledges this won’t come to pass so society will have to give a little room for the heathens, to a degree

Completely agree about prosecuting people that decide on a different religion. Free will should be given to anyone. I’m just saying that being part of a “new country” is also understanding that Christianity is the foundation. Go whatever route you decide but don’t complain when the foundation reverts back to Christianity.

You could sunset the Constitution every 50 years or so unless ratified.

Enact a Bill of Rights. Amendments require a 90% vote.
Any legislation that results in taking money from, or giving money to any individual or group requires a 90% vote.
