Why the heck do we keep trotting out candidates beyond 65, anyway? There should be some rules in place. If a person is facing 8 potential years in office... their age really should be a factor. It’s only the most important position on the planet...

Imagine a political party that is willing to put up an incompetent as its nominee knowing that this person could become the most powerful person in the world.

They are just trying to get him thru the inauguration and probably to March/April when he will then step down for health reasons and Kamala will do their bidding.
