So basically ghetto james and the judge colluded.
First. Make a judgement that demands trump pay an obscene payout.
Second. If trump doesn't oblige and just hand over that obscene payout... forcibly sieze his buildings.
Which.. I'm sure NYC will declare that all his ny property is only worth about $10 million total..so they will demand he sell all of his property all over the world, and pay off the judgement. They will declare that all the other property he has outside of NYC is only worth about $15 million total. So even if he sells every last thing he owns, NY will still claim he owes them over 300 million, and they'll try to put him in prison. If he tries to sell his property for a higher price than they value it, they will probably bring more charges against him, and claim he is scamming people.

If I were Trump I'd call her tomorrow and sign the building over. He Letitia, this building is worth 800 million, Give me the market value and keep the 450 million and set aside....5K for yourself, buy something nice, go to that Turkish Steak place have the guy salt the meat....have a weekend at the Plaza, a few drinks at the Oak Bar....you know what keep another 5K.
