Not true.
Libertarians are smart enough to understand this won't happen if the incentives of welfare are removed.
Without welfare, anyone coming here has to have the capacity to be productive in our advanced economy immediately. This is harder than you think, which is why so many illegal immigrants end up using some form of welfare when they get here.

Many Muslims lied on their immigration applications saying they didn't support any terrorist organizations. That's grounds for revoking citizenship and deportation.
