Leftist Judge Indira Talwani spits in the face of the Supreme Court and just ruled that Trump’s U.S. Postal Service has hereby VIOLATED her block on the mail-in ballot security rules
She’s going off, aggressively accusing Trump’s team of “complete noncompliance”
This comes after SCOTUS UPHELD — for now — Trump’s EO and rules to secure mail-in ballots…
IT’S TIME.
IMPEACH JUDGE TALWANI. Or it won’t stop

Scalia would have taken care of this, putting her in timeout. Wouldn't be surprised if Thomas isn't drafting a response telling her to STFU.

We are heading towards dark times. It’s depressing.

Then the DOJ needs to arrest her for malfeasance!

Thank you, Barack.

Something should happen to her.
It won’t, sadly.

The Founding Fathers provided the tools to deal with this: sic semper tyrannis but start with the hot tar and feathers if you prefer

Defiance of the Supreme Court should be a career ending move. Obviously she hasn’t read the CONSTITUTION or defies it as well
Either way she needs to be made an example of.

Not saying she is correct but there are two different cases. SCOTUS did not rule on the case at question here.
However, by publishing the rule in the Federal Register, USPS closed the door on the ripeness issue SCOTUS partly used to end the injunction in the other case (the one where States were suing). I believe that is why Talwani is allowing that to technically slide, she knows she would have lost there.
What is obviously happening is that the district court judges, plaintiffs, and others, are just wanting to drag this out and hope it is too late to enforce any of this in 2026 elections. Some of this stuff in Trump's EO is clearly going to survive. Others, particularly the USPS power to refuse delivery of some ballots whose voters are not on the state-supplied list of eligible voters, seem slightly more problematic, although far from not enforceable.

That's a kunt who truly believes she has absolute authority. Apparently she sits above the scotus.
Since scotus has made a move on some of the issues at hand, she should be easily ignored.

Pffft. Just ignore her. The admin doesnt have to do what she says. Trump directs the USPS.

Evidently, she doesn’t know how the judicial process works

When you realize it has been inevitable for 20 years, and there’s no peaceful way to get back to what we were, you look forward to it happening sooner than later. That way when the collapse and ensuing unrest happens, we can do what’s been needed to be done all along.
