Zack Newman the producer that was being "guarded" has released his phone video. Just so happens that he stopped recording during the shooting and started back recording when the cops are ordering him on the ground.

This is the producer's view of the incident that 9NEWS has released today. He "stops filming for 12 seconds," but suddenly starts filming again AS he is being told to get on the ground by police. Interesting that he supposedly stopped filming, and started filming at that moment.
