If this is true, which I believe it is, then that explains the "what the frick" look in the shooters own eyes. The person video-taping him was probably part of their little clique and they, too, probably had a "what the frick did you just do?" look on their face. The shooter was likely reciprocating.

I thought it looked like a taser but I think the holster is just yellow. It makes sense it’s a gun since the cops already said they recovered two firearms from the scene.
