This is what Americans get for being too apathetic to vote in primary elections. Most people either don’t care enough to show up or are too busy pretending they are independents during candidate-picking time.

yep

Primary turnout is abysmal.

*General election turnout isn't anything to write home about either. Way too many people that think their vote doesn't count making sure it doesn't.

That poll has a serious problem when their most like candidates are H. W. and Dukakis.

Why would either cause someone to despise them in 1988?

Bush was Reagan's VP and Dukakis was a nobody.

The electorate may or may not like their policies but they weren't hated.

If only you could have gotten in proximity to Biden years ago for a good sniff. . .

We wouldn't have these problems.

Agreed. That a full third of people can’t be bothered to vote is telling enough.

There’s no way to accomplish it with our legal framework, but there is merit to compulsory voting.

Except trump crushed the primary while the democrat machine just picks theirs

And if this weren’t true, Bernie would have been the nominee.

Out of the people that voted, sure. No one votes in primaries.

W. was a Republican not a Democrat, but more significantly he was a churchy, self-righteous, sanctimonious liar who deceived the American people into supporting a revenge-motivated war on Iraq when he knew d*m well they had no WMDs.

W. had as much success finding those WMD's as OJ did in finding Nicole's real killer. The two men actually have quite a lot in common

Most, like you, are emotional pansies. Some don’t like his policies and hate their taxes getting cut.

I've read, and I don't have 1st hand knowledge of its veracity either way, is, thet her most meaningful social contributions to humanity is to indiscriminately bang OT cred-chasers.

I'm not exactly sure where you put this on a resume.
