Merciful? Hell yes they are.

The DATE of the pardon gets curiouser and curiouser.
Here's a letter dated December SEVEN from another lawyer for Peters. It also requests a pardon despite the pardon being dated December FIVE.
What is going on? Is the date on the pardon incorrect? Why wouldn't the White House tell Peters or her lawyers that she had been pardoned?
If you're interested in the details of the 2020 election steal, it's worth reading the letter.

Thanks. That's a novel interpretation. Has it ever happened before?

you aren’t aware of the federal government using its leverage to force Louisiana to change its legal drinking age?
of course i am. you're making up a narrative to suit your own story

And you don’t think the fed gov can use leverage to get one person pardoned?
do you have an example of the federal government strongarming a state to pardon someone? since that's the topic at hand. how do you think it would be perceived if trump withheld federal funds over some loon who clearly stole voter data and shopped it to third parties?

Wait. You don’t think a government that can strongarm a state to change their entire driving laws can’t do the same for a pardon? You need a case on point to understand the concept? Yeesh.

So you know she found fraud in the vote and your problem is she exposed it. Very telling. Dummy.

Those two words, separately or paired, mean there is a high bar.
Claiming one or the other and no one goes to jail.... well, that's a helluva juxtaposition.

Threaten the State of Colorado by informing the governor that the government of the United States will begin enforcing federal law in Colorado regarding the possession, sale, and distribution of cannabis.

If she did find voter fraud, that would shake them sufficiently.
I find it odd that she got caught copying that data, illegally, and then no one said "hey, let's take a look at that"
