News flash - in the political environment of today, 'voting' the right way when it counts is about all that I care about.

another news flash - I do not like Donald Trump's persona - I would not want him for a son, a son in law, a neighbor, or a close friend. HOWEVER - I would crawl naked over broken coke bottles to vote for him.

BECAUSE - our nation is being destroyed by absolute evil in the form of the Democrat party.

UNTIL we achieve a state where both sides of the political spectrum are morally equivalent on the positive side, we MUST at least support those who are more likely to uphold our constitutional rights and freedoms.

There is not ONE democrat who fits that pattern - and we already have a lot of RINOs who are not onboard with our best interests.

Now is not the time to demand purity in personal attributes.

eta - I know nothing about her primary opponent - IF he is as solid a supporter of our basic freedoms as Lauren is AND has the same potential of winning a general election, then yes - I would go for the more personally moral candidate.

Bandit, you’re good people and I often find myself in agreement with your opinions . I don’t necessarily agree with you this time however.

Beating the Dems at their own games shouldn’t mean becoming like them as individuals. There’s already a severe lack of people standing for anything anymore and holding themselves accountable for their own actions.

In my opinion, this isn’t so much anything like a purity test as it is Boebert’s own stupidity and lack of judgement, especially given the very heightened partisan times we live in (which aren’t new anymore and she as much as anyone should already be well aware of).

Hard to help keep the message on and promote MAGA when self-inflicted errors takes the focus off the message and puts it instead on the messenger.

Whether Boebert survives in CO or not is in the hands of the voters out there. I won’t apologize or ease up/give her some kind of “MAGA Pass” for thinking her a bit of an idiot for (unnecessarily) putting herself in this position.

I'd prefer to have her vote which will be aligned with what I support 99% of the time, rather than some eatablishment worm who has another agenda.
