Isn't Santos from Manhattan? I'm confused why we're even discussing him and conservative in the same post. We don't care what happens to him. Republicans can take the blame for him if they want. He's not conservative.

It basically started here. Someone made the statement that Republicans are more likely to hold their people accountable and cwill made the comment "George Santos says hello" (inferring that because Santos wasn't expelled, it means Republicans never hold their people accountable).
My response was that there were those GOP members who did indeed vote for his expulsion (because Santos is trash), then contrasted it to how no Dems voted for even a censure of Schiff over his pushing of the Russian Collusion hoax.
From there, a couple of posters actually tried to defend Santos because they somehow think a guy who lies that much can be trusted to vote "the way I want him to", because he has an R after his name, or both.

Never ask for forgiveness or mercy from your detractors. They'd never ask it from you, why bother? All she's doing is tossing more kindling on the fire with a douse of gasoline.
Dems have got caught and done FAR worse, and acted proud for it. She's embarrassing herself more.
