I’m sure she did.

Wtf good is a recall anyway….if the populace elects a politician, they should have to live with that politician until there is another election. Recalls and impeachments are nothing but political theatrics.

Even if this wins the earliest recall election won’t be until 2025.

Latoya is gonna find a way to get a few thousand thrown out on technicalities

I wonder how many signed up only to find out they lived in Jefferson or the used an alias.

I also wonder how many Vappie’s or LaToya’s with the Pontalba address signed the petition.

You lose the Destroya and gain Oliver Thomas as the next mayor. NET LOSS.

What difference does it make

It makes zero difference, even if they come up with enough signatures to force a recall, it’s still going to come down to another election. New Orleans is a lost cause, and the same can be said for lots of the major cities in this country.

No you have to put your correct voting ward and precinct down. Takes a bit more effort than a signature.

I don't give a frick. It would be a net gain in my eyes to tell her to get the frick out. If the motherfricker is gonna burn to the ground anyway, I want to be able to laugh at Can'trell while it burns.

They need to get way over the required amount to be safe. Like with the first St George petition they’ll find a judge who will throw out enough signatures.

bullshite. Accomplishing the recall will send a huge message very far and be a possible big step forward in Nola citizens taking more pride in their election process.
Or not, but frick it if it gives that disgusting arrogant hag Cantrell what she deserves.

When it comes to scams and criminal activity, LaToya and her posse are bold but not smart. The Feds will probably get her on some charges but not until her term is up.

IIRC when I signed the petition early on I had to show my ID and they used an iPad looking device to cross-reference it to the La. SoS voter database.

They should just show up to the homes of the families of everyone in New Orleans who has died due to criminal violence since Latoya was elected.

There's definitely more than 1k of those family members.

Lafayette and St. Louis should have enough registered voters to get there.

It tells you all you need to know that they are coming down to the wire with this.

NOLA deserves what it gets.
