In the eyes of the court, don't lawyers have a higher burden of proof when it comes to signing contracts (i.e. they are more informed than the average person)?

On average, half of her 'mistakes' should work against her, and she might be owed a refund of some sort. Just like I can amend a tax form if I made a mistake and overpaid.

When you fill out a form filed with the federal government, you’re almost always do so under the penalty of perjury. You received better terms for your loan for lying. You’re a f*cking criminal you no good piece of shite.

A couple of other thoughts:
