New details of the consequences of the attack on Togliattikauchuk plant on September 12, - Dnipro Osint.
Earlier, "Absolutely Reliable" recorded damage to BK-2, BK-3 and BK-4 workshops. At the same time, on additional satellite images, I managed to detect repair cranes near D-4 extractive rectification hydrocarbon separation unit.
This unit is designed to separate and purify 1,3-butadiene from a mixture of C4 hydrocarbons. Butadiene is used in the production of synthetic rubbers, car tires, ABS plastic and other polymeric materials.
Certain butadiene derivatives are also used as binding components of solid rocket fuel. At the same time, the presence of repair equipment near D-4 in itself does not confirm damage to the unit.

50,000 casualties in 30 days... That's 1667 per day, twice the normal count of earlier months.
In addition, over half were KIA.

So Putin gets his sanctions removed and Ukraine gets forced to stop doing part of what is making a big difference in its defense... and who thinks Putin will stop his attacks?

Used to be loaded out of Bulk Terminal 1 at the Port of Lake Charles for export. Most urea plants were demolished in the 1990s. Several south of Donaldsonville in the early 2000s.
A friend sold several of those reactors to ADM for hydrogenation of seed oil used as a component in lubricants and hydraulic fluids.

UAN is liquid. There is no ammonium urea, its urea ammonium nitrate.

Unfortunately, Ukrainian skies have been infested with Russian “shaheds” all day today. There have been glide bomb strikes and strikes on our energy infrastructure too. A power plant in Kharkiv was attacked this evening.

Most of the plants making it are gone over the last 3 decades. Everything is 304L, glass lined or titanium.

President Trump's announcement of an energy ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine appears to be considerably narrower than initially suggested, with a White House official telling Axios that the proposal only covers attacks on oil refineries and with no official confirmation from Moscow as of yet.
Trump announced the apparent breakthrough on social media on Sunday, describing it broadly as an energy ceasefire and claiming the agreement was to go into effect immediately.
Zelensky cast doubt on the deal, saying he was unaware of the agreement before adding that Kyiv was prepared to accept a reciprocal energy ceasefire.
In a subsequent Axios report, a White House official was reported as describing the proposal as "refinery for refinery," meaning both sides would stop attacking each other's oil refineries rather than energy infrastructure. The official added that a broader agreement covering power plants and electricity grids could follow.
The same official then indicated that Russia was still considering the proposal, directly contradicting Trump's social media post that both sides had already agreed.
For Ukraine, the distinction between a refinery ceasefire and an energy infrastructure ceasefire is a big one. While Ukraine has just one oil refinery (which has been repeatedly attacked and is not fully operational), Russia operates an extensive network of refineries that have become an increasingly important target for Ukrainian drones.
At the time of writing, Kyiv has made it clear that any agreement must also protect its electricity infrastructure, while Russia is yet to comment on the deal at all.
According to Zelensky, Russian attacks on Ukrainian energy infrastructure continued after Trump's announcement, with attacks on a heat and power plant in Kharkiv.
While those strikes would not violate a refinery-only ceasefire, they add to evidence that there is no comprehensive energy ceasefire in place.
For Trump, the incentive for a refinery ceasefire is clear, with global diesel prices continuing to climb ahead of the U.S. midterm elections. Already, the U.S. President has come under fire for his diesel supply agreement with Putin, which was followed by the U.S. Treasury easing restrictions on transactions involving Russian diesel.
Whether this latest attempt at diplomacy will lead to an agreement remains to be seen, but as of yet there is little hard evidence that progress toward an energy ceasefire is underway.

I'm beginning to wonder if Trump is beginning to panic over diesel prices or, is dementia starting to manifest itself
Why would you post something like this you know is untrue?
Ukraine absolutely should ignore this nonsense and carry on.

IODA tracked Yandex Cloud availability across the four days of strikes. Before October 8, the network answered at nearly 100 percent. After Sasovo was hit, availability dropped to about 65 percent.
Then Vladimir was struck on October 11, and it collapsed to roughly 22 percent.
That means 78 percent of Yandex Cloud stopped responding to outside connections. Russia's Digital Development Ministry called the attacks massive in scale.

Ukrainian hits on Yandex data centers were followed by a noticeable drop in bot activity. Less hate, less division, fewer provocations, because there were fewer bots.
It is intentional. The bot farms lost their power. So did the search crawlers. So did the automated accounts flooding comment sections.
The effect was immediate and measurable. Moscow built a digital army that never sleeps. Ukraine found the barracks and burned them.
The data centers were the operational backbone of Russia's information war. Every coordinated narrative depended on that infrastructure staying online. Every fake Ukrainian account did too. So did every wave of manufactured outrage. When it stopped responding, the noise dropped with it.

Yandex has now admitted what the outage map already showed: the company is not recovering, it is rationing.
Dmitry Pirogov, head of Yandex's fintech division, confirmed that operations at the damaged data centers have not been restored. The company has shut down Yandex.
Disk and several other features to reduce the load on the remaining servers. He says it is unclear when normal operations might return.
The hardware timeline makes that worse. Kommersant reports that replacement units for the damaged equipment could take up to six months to arrive.
