Ukraine's General Staff details strike on Moscow Oil Refinery, reports hits on Buk-M3 and Nebo-U

Ukraine's General Staff has reported that three units at the Moscow Oil Refinery were damaged in an overnight strike. The defence forces also hit a Russian Buk-M3 air defence system, a Nebo-U radar station and a drone production site in occupied territory.

Details: The General Staff said the Moscow Oil Refinery in the Kapotnya district was hit on the night of 19-20 September. A major fire broke out at the facility.
The military said that the damaged equipment includes the AVT-6 crude oil distillation unit, a comprehensive oil processing unit and an isomerisation unit.
The Moscow Oil Refinery has an annual capacity of around 12 million tonnes of oil. The General Staff noted that the facility is involved in supplying the Russian armed forces.
In addition, the defence forces hit a Russian Buk-M3 air defence system near Ukrainka in Zaporizhzhia Oblast, and a Nebo-U radar station was hit near Balka in Donetsk Oblast on 19 September and on the night of 19-20 September.
A Russian drone production site was also hit near occupied Siverskodonetsk in Luhansk Oblast.

The systems used included FP-1, RZ-100, MICH-2000, Palianytsia, Vendetta, Liutyi, Bars, Flamingo, Sichen, and Pelican.

Ukraine also struck a facility that supplies industrial steam to the refinery, as well as destroying this large warehouse complex.
Overall, a very successful night for Ukraine.

Cypher, there was certainly discussion about that, but it appears that there is more than one "pelican" attack weapon, and this one is just a drone.

Ukraine also announced more success in "Operation Vivaldi," its offensive north of Lyman. They named another three villages recaptured and cleared.

There are evidently multiple versions of the "Pelican" drone. All of which are short range, unable to hit Moscow. Zelensky was wrong in naming this drone.
BUT, the important thing here is the apparent appearance of the FP-5 Flamingos. This would be the first time they (or any other type of missile) have hit Moscow. Where were the A-50 AWACS aircraft?
