Didn't say that they weren't. 'Hate' is a low T, womanly emotion.
You ever told God he was a low-T woman?

If you "hate" Russia as an American you should also "hate" North Korea. I don't believe for a second people feel that way about North Korea outside of Korea.
What????? Were you being remotely serious when you wrote this?
I have an intense dislike (the very definition of hate) for Russia. I have loathing, detestation, and abhorrence for Russia. I hate its foundations, I hate how it is run and I hate most of its leadership.
This sums up how I think of Russia:
I have no particular desire to understand them except to ascertain how much lead or iron it takes to kill them... the Russian has no regard for human life, and they are all out sons-of-bitches, barbarians, and chronic drunks.
I apparently share the low T with the original. Which is fine with me because I don't know anything about you that would suggest you should be an arbiter of manhood.
Another good womanly quote
"My fellow Americans, I'm pleased to tell you today that I've signed legislation that will outlaw Russia forever. We begin bombing in five minutes".

What part of the infrastructure takes the longest to repair?
Compressors at ground level in refineries but there are a lot of things in the way to get to them via anything flying through the air, be it shells, drones or missiles. They can still make diesel (high sulfur) and jet fuel (high sulfur) but only very low octane gasoline needing Tetra Ethyl Lead as an antiknock agent.

I am somehow reminded by several on here who are similar to the odd duck at a bar in the 1970's who would talk about the Libertarian Party was going to take over. To a man, all had done time for weed and/or cocaine offenses and couldn't vote anyway.

WAY TO GO JOHNNY!!!!!
This is genuine improvement.
Everybody - give John Barron an 'upvote' - I did.
Barron's continued improvement in the field of disinformation and propaganda has just taken a major leap forward.
It still takes reading the article, or, in this case, clicking on the video, which I know he hasn't, but I'm still impressed.
Listen John
You and I can work together. Just tell them I want low six-figures and we can go from there. We can haggle over dental and medical, but they CAN"T BE RUSSIAN. Understand?
Good.
Keep up the good work, son.
BTW - did you have to blow someone to get that job? Cause I'm not going to do that.....

They call it kissing icons or military tradition in Russia.

If you have some personal reasons for that, totally understandable.
If you're just some dude from Louisiana who has maybe been as far as Mexico outside of the US.... Hating really any current country is over emotional womanly shite. It's not a grounded way to look at the world.
I don't hate the Kirk assassin..I dislike him and find him to have no redeemable qualities, but hate is too strong of a word. If someone killed a relative in the same fashion, that would invoke hate.

Thanks for checking in Russian, I appreciate it. Yeah there is this cool thing called autocorrect on cell phones that sometimes changes words. I imagine your neighborhood library computer running on windows 95 doesn't have that function yet.

It’s a useful feature that apparently only sober users know how to use. So you have an excuse.

While my wife is from LA and we have a camp there, I was born and grew up in the Carolinas, and we live there now.
I have visited 47 countries and all 7 continents and spent 9 weeks in Moscow in the summer of '88 but have only been back for 6 days post wall removal. I don't know how grounded my view of the world is, but I have a reasonably wide perspective. I am certainly America-biased but I have deep affection for a lot of the countries I have visited but Russia just isn't one of them. I didn't have an issue with most Russian people, people my age (when I was there) had a love for the Western culture* much like the Japanese but I avoided the babushkas because they were the most hardline of anyone and openly hated the US and Americans.
* when I went for the summer I had 4 pairs of Levis with me and traded them for a whole wardrobe of "Russian" clothes from the Russian college students. It helped me blend in and move around unnoticed as long as I didn't open my mouth. Unnoticed didn't include the KGB, they were always lurking. Who knows Putin could have been on my tail as I walked around St Basil's.

Zerohedge has an interesting article this morning about Polands deep state ginning up the 14 drone incursion and one house hit by a missile story last week. Apparently Poland electronically took over the direction of the 14 Dummy drones and rerouted them to Poland. Where upon a polish f-16 tried to shoot one down, missed and hit the house. This was widely claimed last week as Russia pushing hard for ww3.
The US needs to get out of Ukraine, Europe and Nato. Putin is the voice of sanity, not the little nazi.

Following a Russian drone incursion into Poland in early September 2025, a significant, coordinated Russian disinformation campaign was launched to sow confusion and erode trust
. The effort amplified false claims to shift blame, incite panic, and test NATO's response.
Russian disinformation narratives
Following the incursion, a wave of pro-Russian disinformation emerged across online platforms. Key narratives promoted by Russian-backed sources and trolls included:
Blaming Ukraine: Pro-Russian accounts claimed that Ukraine launched the drones to provoke a wider war between Russia and Poland. Some even suggested the incident was a "false flag" operation coordinated by Ukraine and Poland.
Denying Russian responsibility: Russian media and officials denied Russian involvement and mocked Polish reports of Russian-origin drones.
Casting doubt on damage: After a house in eastern Poland was damaged during the incident, pro-Russian accounts falsely claimed the damage was from an earlier storm.
Questioning drone capabilities: Narratives downplayed the threat posed by the drones, alleging they were lightweight styrofoam decoys incapable of causing significant damage.
Sowing division: The campaign aimed to amplify fear and undermine trust in Polish government institutions and the military. It also attempted to fuel anti-Ukrainian sentiment, exploiting real societal tensions related to the war and refugee crisis.

I am the first to admit we have to (carefully) piece together information from mostly suspect sources vis-a-vis this war, but I would almost give more credence to Vladimir Solovyov's discussion with the weatherman on his morning show compared to Colin Lokey & Co. Zerohedge simply has a long record of low credibility reporting.
Speaking of my boy Vlad Solo there is an interesting video on how Ukraine geo-located a Russian drone facility via OSINT. One clue was from a Solovyov propaganda visit.
This war has highlighted many gaping holes in OPSEC due to the prodigious use of social media. Lessons we should learn well.

Yeah if you have personal experience I think you have some actual justification.

I think I personally over-weight this when considering my feelings toward a country and its probably not the most logical way to think about it. How the actual people generally are matters a lot to me and thought I haven't personally been to Russia I've heard this from a lot of people and the couple of Russians I do know personally have been pleasant.

Zerohedge really blew up during the first Trump administration. I had (and still have) an appetite for alternative news sources at the time (like a lot of people, given what we were being told by the major outlets vs what we could see with our own eyes and hear with our own ears), provided those outlets back up their articles and reporting with solid info.
Posting everything as "Tyler Durden" is a fundamental no-no journalistically because it removes any accountability for the journalist. Reading 'news' from someone using a pen name is about as useful as tits on a bull.
