Ukrainian drones continue to concentrate on rail electrical substations in the Volgograd, Rostov and the Krasnodor Krai Oblasts.

That level of damage will take a long time to repair. When is that election in Hungary again?

Well, Xi changed his mind on the Power of Siberia 2 gas pipeline and signed the deal. What Putin paid for this change of heart remains to be seen, as does the actual construction in any timely fashion.

Only Trump could ‘drain the swamp’ by hiring a Russian spy to staff it with 4,000 people. Incredible.

“It’s a disgrace. Not a single section of the front was broken through this summer. We spent 16 months storming Chasiv Yar, and the result is zero.

Meanwhile, Ukraine has allowed young people to travel abroad. If Ukraine were truly on its last breath, they would already be drafting 16-year-olds, but things are going well for them,”

— said Igor Girkin-Strelkov, former military commander of Russian separatists in Donbas, commenting from prison.

Gerkin was in the FSB for 18 years and the relationships he built during this time are clearly the only thing keeping him breathing now.

Poll wise the majority of Americans don’t support US involvement in Ukraine. It is what it is.

So you believe in whatever a poll says?

And define involvement.

American troops on the ground? American planes in the air? Giving weapons? Selling weapons? Have our president mediate?

As you can see there are a lot of ways to get involved. A simple poll doesn’t cover the topic, but simpletons like yourself are all in.

summary of results of both Gallup polls this year -

Americans Now Most Inclined to Say the U.S. Is Not Doing Enough to Help Ukraine gallup poll

According to Gallup polling from March and August 2025, a plurality of Americans—46%—believe the U.S. is not doing enough to help Ukraine, the highest level recorded since 2022

. This marks a significant shift in sentiment, particularly since late 2024.
Key findings from recent Gallup polls

Most common view: 46% of Americans say the U.S. is "not doing enough" for Ukraine, a view that surged following the start of the Trump administration.

Divided opinions: The remaining respondents are nearly split between believing the U.S. is doing "too much" (25% in August 2025) or "the right amount" (27% in August 2025).

I don’t form my opinions based on polls, but I’m happy that more people have come to realize how dangerous Putin is.

That gasoline shortage must be getting bad...

Reuters: Putin says Russia doesn't oppose Ukraine joining the EU

Putin said Russia had been forced to act in Ukraine by what he cast as the West's attempt with the help of NATO to try to absorb the entire post-Soviet space.

"As for Ukraine's membership of the EU, we have never objected to this," Putin told Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico at talks in China. "As for NATO, this is another issue... Our position here is well known: we consider this unacceptable for ourselves."

A potential security guarantee for Ukraine - backed by the United States and Western European powers - is one of the toughest parts of any future peace settlement, according to diplomats and officials involved in discussions.

Of course we know he's full of shite...

and back to the Evil NATO invasion crap...

ISW

quote:

Key Takeaways: Limited Russian tactical forces recently infiltrated Ukrainian defenses in two border settlements in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast but have not established enduring positions in the area. Russian forces are using infiltration tactics in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast similar to those they used near Dobropillya (northwest of Pokrovsk) in early August 2025. The Kremlin appears to be resuming its drone and missile strike campaign targeting Ukraine's energy infrastructure ahead of Winter 2025, likely in an effort to undermine Ukrainian will to resist Russian aggression. The Kremlin is attempting to undermine US and European joint efforts to determine appropriate security guarantees for Ukraine by seemingly demanding that Russia and the United States privately discuss such matters. The Kremlin signaled that Russian President Vladimir Putin remains unwilling to meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky unconditionally. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev reiterated Azerbaijan's continued support for Ukraine's territorial sovereignty and condemned the Soviet Red Army for "invading and occupying" Azerbaijan in 1920 — further aggravating already deteriorating Russian-Azerbaijani relations. Russian forces recently advanced near Borova, Toretsk, and Pokrovsk and in eastern Zaporizhia Oblast.

Some minor stuff really and more of the same.

Trump is absolutely in bed with the Russians - there can be no doubt anymore.

The deal appears to be Trump hands over Ukraine and works to isolate Europe while the Russians show him how to take power.

Anyone hired under Trump has to be a suspect now.

Goddamnit. The most powerful position on the planet and all he can do is bend over. I honestly didn’t take him for a Beta cuck.

Maybe we should stop sanctions against sovereign countries like India who are looking to support their own citizens, unlike the US who sticks its citizens with a 300 billion dollar bill for ukraine??????? And you wonder why the world hates the US.

Over the course of August, Russia launched 4,216 air attack vehicles -- 4,060 attack or decoy drones and 156 missiles -- at a daily average rate of nearly 131 drones and five missiles, Ukraine's air force data showed. No night of August passed without a Russian attack, the Ukrainian government said.

Can I ask what happened to this ukraine drone production of 1000s per day?

What about their new supersonic missile?

What about the 100s of billions we sent them?

Are they going to at least attempt to fight back, or just spend all the money on luxury properties throughout the world?

Ukraine's GDP is one-tenth the size of Russia's, at approximately $200 billion. The war has reduced Ukraine's GDP by about 20 percent—far more than Russia's—exacerbating a long-standing disparity. Russian per capita income is now twice that of Ukraine.

20% yeah right, I wonder what it looks like without international support? 40% or worse?

Ask US citizens a simple question, on your tax return this year, check this box if you agree to pay 100 dollars in additional taxes to support the war in ukraine.

You would find about 2% support funding cargo pants shopping sprees.

Ukraine is a source for digital software and aps used on your phone. It is a major exporter of grain. It is an exporter of ores and metals.

Are you from that shithole country, Trinidad?
