Most of the inner city black crime issues and loss of black family unit was perpetrated on them by the historically racist Democratic party. Social welfare programs starting with LBJ designed to kill dignity, foster reliance on the gov't and create voting plantations instead of real equal opportunity.
Carter made it worse with creating the federal gov't department of education.
Commie Biden (or at least the Cabal behind him) is trying to reuse the same playbook on all of us with the extra federal unemployment payments, buying up all the housing, war on small business and middle class to make us all slaves to the gov't.
Larry Elder is a great man, a patriot and would be a godsend for the State of California.
What progress has been made is in spite of the gov't not because of it.
