They find some of the best coders doing work solo. My cousin was recruited by the nsa after hacking Rutgers. His job was to find the weak spots in our systems. shite kike that is way more effective than a resume and interview

Ask any software engineer. China, Japan and India do not have better software engineers than Americans. What they do have is a ton of average software engineers who are willing to work for a lesser pay. You are not getting better quality workers, you’re getting an abundance of average quality workers at a lower salary. Nobody wants that except for Elon Musk.
If you think Americans are lazy and dumb, you are free to move out of the country and see what the quality of life is like in India and China.
