City of Los Angeles Budget

• The Deficit: The city previously grappled with a structural budget deficit approaching $1 billion due to high payrolls, rising lawsuit and liability payouts, and softer tax revenues.

They should put it next to a city owned grocery store. Within 6 months both can be used to house the homeless.

Yup, I'm gonna rush right over and invest some of my money in a bank run by the City of Los Angeles.

On thing for certain, no way anyone will embezzle money from a public owned bank, right?

At some point you have to admire these people. They're going to pay themselves to 'study' whether or not they should open up yet another massive taxpayer grift. Gee, I wonder what the study will say?

Will be a perfect front to funnel money to whomever benefits those on the council
