Could just be someone who takes charge.
Could be someone who is fed up with the court for even allowing this to get to a jury.
Could be someone who is fed up with others in the jury.
Looking past the handwriting and “how” she is making the request, she’s asking for evidence. Evidence is in Kyle’s favor.

quote:yeah, when I first heard this I thought to dismiss them, but the one lawyer explained they use handwriting analysis in jury questionnaires.
As they were saying on Rekeita…..
“Please prepare… we will let you know when ready”. As if the judge is at her service.
This chick thinks she owns the courtroom. And that’s your foreman.
Exactly. It's a suburban Karen and she is almost certainly letting her emotion overrule the facts that Kyle is innocent.
The foreman is a Karen spelled with a capital K

Yep. She’s clearly authoritative. As are most Karens.
And apparently at some point in the trial, one of the jurors made a comment back to someone.
This group thinks its the same person, the pharmacist.
Then barnes has dealt with handwriting and psychology and the fact she capitalizes a single letter constantly along with some other things leads to authoritarian.

Except she used the language "Put down the fire extinguisher." This is word for word the wording the prosecution used in an effort to suggest he calmly put it down and brought his firearm up.
Not to mention, even looking at this section at all suggests they are considering the idiotic provocation nonsense and the completely worthless still image.
It could be that all of the others (or at least the majority of others) want to show her how idiotic and wrong she is but since she gets to write the request she used the prosecutions language. Even though in the closing Binger said "dropped"

How long can the this person drag this out?

Rumors that there are two women (both who wore masks) (including the Jury Foreman)who have now convinced two other women to vote Guilty. All four are are now sitting isolated by themselves in the Jury room. All four women were the one's who were considered Pro-State by the Prosecutors during jury selection.

How can anyone possibly know this?

How on earth would anyone know this?

Hung juries take as long as hung juries take.

The enhanced still shots are the only "evidence" where provocation is claimed.
So no, she's requesting the prosecution's evidence.

And apparently at some point in the trial, one of the jurors made a comment back to someone.
When everyone left the room for them to review the video the Judge jokingly said "No one sit in my chair." and a female responded "How would you know?"
People speculated that was the foreman.

Bailiff would be the only one to know this, correct?

Sounds like who ever spread the "bricks are being delivered to Kenosha" rumor was just getting started.

Rumors are fun, but I can't imagine how anyone could really know this.

Grain of salt time.

Question, if this goes into tomorrow evening, could the judge sequester the jury? I mean, a long weekend of "not watching the news or talking about the case"
Not saying they aren't doing that now... But multiple days away just opens the door to shenanigans.
They should have been sequestered from the start.

I'll say it again because it's more true today than it was yesterday. This has turned into the Coaching Changes Board 2.0 Rumors and sauces all over the place.

DRINK!
Barnes claiming jury selection was poor.
*He's right, but tiresome.

Once they go into deliberations, they work through the weekend, correct?

Without a doubt.
