remember, the prosecution had ALL OF THIS EVIDENCE FOR MONTHS and still went forward with this charade.

What gets me is the fact that the prosecution is trying to establish that Rittenhouse had the intent to shoot Rosenbaum in the back. All four shots were fired in less than one second in rapid succession. and the shot to the groin likely caused Rosenbaum to fall as he was being shot.

Despite that attempt, the Dr. just confirmed that it was caused by falling forward/into a horizontal position after the first shot.
Defense is going to hammer them on that when they get their chance.

They are trying to misrepresent things because this is all they have.
Admitting that the guy got shot in the dick at point blank range while trying to grab the gun should be enough to kill any chances of a conviction on that count.

Prosecution got the witness to admit it was possible the back to front wounds were created while Rosenbaum was falling. And that the hand injury was caused by reaching for the rifle
