Yeah, I think he has a strong case after that.
I was one of those people. Now, I'm not so sure. I mean, the DA's office filed charges before the investigation was even over. If that doesn't scream political show trial I don't know what does.

I told my wife earlier during BYE-cept’s testimony that this reminded me of a bad episode of L&O when the writers paint themselves into a corner so they have the guilty guy say something ridiculous on the stand to incriminate himself just to end the episode. Those moments always take me out of the show because of how unrealistic it is. Guess it’s not that unbelievable now
